FOUR YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Great Northern Bows are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 4 years from the date of purchase. This is a limited warranty as follows:

• If a bow shows signs of misuse, alteration or mishandling, this warranty is void.
• Claimant must be original purchaser. Warranty is not transferable.

 FIRST YEAR

• Under this limited warranty, during the first year, we will repair or replace bow, whichever we deem suitable. Owner must pay shipping charges to and from our shop.

 SECOND YEAR

• We will repair or replace bow, whichever we deem suitable. Owner must pay 25% of original price if bow is replaced.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner.

THIRD and FOURTH YEAR

• We will repair or replace bow, whichever we deem suitable. Owner must pay 50% of original price if bow is replaced.
• Dealers are not authorized to make replacements on bows, under this warranty.
• If damage should occur by fault of owner, we will repair at our then current price structure. Bow must be returned to our shop postage pre-paid.
• NOTE: This warranty does not apply to the bowstring.
• NOTE: This warranty does not apply to the finish on any bow.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so that this paragraph may not apply to you.
• Contact Great Northern Bowhunting Company for authorization before returning bow.
• Enclose a letter stating the nature of the claim, and send your item to our address.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner.

WARRANTY VOID IF...

• Bow has been braced improperly, or if incorrect string is used.(Recurves MUST be strung with a bow stringer only)
• Any attempt is made to alter the bow.
• Model number or product identifying information is removed or defaced.
• Flagrant misuse and abuse is plainly evident.
